4 | oz | Lean cooked ham or prosciutto, julienned |
2 | md | Potatoes, cooked, peeled julienned |
4 | oz | Emmenthaler, Jarlsberg or Gruyere cheese, julienned |
1 | md | Sized tart green apple, peeled, cored, julienned |
1 | sm | Red onion, finely sliced |
1/2 | c | Home made mayonnaise |
| | Salt and pepper |
Combine the ham, potatoes, cheese, apple and onion in a bowl, add the
mayonnaise, salt and pepper, toss gently but thoroughly. Adjust seasoning,
serve chilled.
