Title: Overnight Slaw

1mdHead cabbage, shredded
4 Mild white onions, thinly sliced
2lgCarrots, shredded
1/2cVinegar
1/2cSugar
1tsDry mustard
1tsCelery seed
1tsSalt
1/8tsPepper
1/2cVegetable oil

In a large bowl, combine cabbage, onions and carrots. Set aside. In a saucepan, combine vinegar, sugar, mustard, celery seed, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil, stirring until sugar is dissolved. Remove from the heat and stir in oil. Pour over cabbage mixture. Cool to room temperature. Cover and refrigerate overnight, stirring several times.
