| 3 | c | Chicken, cooked, cubed |
| 1 | lb | Asparagus, steamed |
| 1 | cn | (20 oz) pineapple chunks, drained) |
| 2 | Tomatoes, sliced | |
| 1 | Onion, diced | |
| 1 | Green pepper, sliced | |
| 1 | cn | (7oz) green olives, sliced |
| 1 | tb | Parsley, chopped |
| 1 | tb | Basil |
| 1 | Head iceberg lettuce, washed and torn |
Combine all ingredients. Toss with dressing of your choice. Serves 6
