2 | c | Potatoes, sliced, raw |
1 | lb | Hamburger, browned |
1 | c | Green pepper, chopped |
2 | c | Celery, chopped |
1 | c | Onion, chopped |
1 | cn | Mushroom soup |
Saute and drain the hamburger. Layer the potatoes, celery, onion, green pepper, and hamburger in a 2 quart casserole dish. Salt and pepper each layer. Top with mushoom soup and bake covered 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees.
