1/4 | c | Chopped onion |
1/4 | ts | Dry mustard |
4 | oz | Cream cheese |
8 | oz | Tomato sauce |
10 | pk | Frozen mixed vegetables, thawed |
1 | ts | Salt |
1/8 | ts | Pepper |
1 | tb | Brown sugar |
| | Crushed corn chips |
Brown meat in a skillet, add onion and cook until tender. Add salt, pepper,
dry mustard, brown sugar and cream cheese; stir until cheese melts. Add
tomato sauce and defrosted vegetables. Turn into 1 1/2 qt. casserole.
Sprinkle with corn chips. Cover and bake in moderate oven (375 degrees) 40
minutes. Uncover and bake 10 minutes longer.
