Title: Egg & Beef Scramble

2tbButter
3 1/2ozPkg. dried beef
6 Eggs, slightly beaten
1/8tsPepper
3tbMilk
3ozPkg cream cheese, softened

In skillet, melt butter on low heat. Tear beef into bite-sized pieces. Saute in butter 3-4 minutes or until lightly browned. Combine eggs with pepper, milk, & cream cheese. Pour into skillet & slowly cook until cheese is melted & eggs are thoroughly cooked. 2-3 servings.
