2 | ts | Salt |
1 | Clove Minced Garlic | |
4 | ts | Pepper |
4 | c | Butter |
8 | oz | Can Mushrooms |
1 | lb | Hamburger |
8 | oz | Can Cream of Chicken Soup |
2 | tb | Flour |
Parsley | ||
1 | c | Sour Cream |
Saute' onion and garlic in butter over medium heat. Stir in meat and brown. Stir in flour, salt, pepper and mushrooms cook 5 minutes. Stir in soup, simmer uncovered 10 minutes. Stir in sour cream, heat through. Garnish with parsley. Serve on noodles or rice.
