2cnVeg-all (drained)
1cChopped celery
1/2cSliced water chestnuts
1/2cChopped onion
1/2cGrated cheddar cheese
1cMayonnaise

Place in buttered casserole. Cut up one stick oleo and place on top. Crumble Ritz crackers on top. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
