1 | c | Unsalted butter, melted |
8 1/2 | oz | Box cornbread mix |
1 | lb | Can corn kernals, drained |
1 | lb | Can cream style corn |
1 | c | Sour cream |
Brush 3 quart shallow baking dish with some melted butter. Mix cornbread mix, corn kernals, creamed corn, sour cream and butter with spoon until well blended. Place in prepared buttered dish. Bake at 350 for 50-55 minutes. Cool 5-10 minutes before serving.
