6 | Chicken pieces | |
1 | cn | Cream of celery soup (undiluted) |
1 | c | Cooking sherry |
1 | cn | Cream of chicken soup (undiluted) |
1 1/2 | c | Grated Colby longhorn cheese |
Place chicken pieces in a greased flat pan. Mix together in a separate bowl the soups and cooking sherry, stirring well. Pour over chicken. Top with grated cheese. Serve over rice. Leftovers freeze well.
