1 | lg | Onion |
1 | lg | Bell pepper |
1 | cn | Concentrated tomato soup |
1/2 | c | Sugar |
1/2 | c | Vinegar |
1/2 | c | Wesson oil |
Cube, salt and cook carrots until tender. Drain and add onion and bell pepper. Bring to a boil: tomato soup, sugar, vinegar and Wesson oil. Pour this mixture over the carrots, onions and bell peppers. Refrigerate. This will keep for several days.
