3/4	c	Soy sauce
3	tb	Honey
2	tb	Vinegar
1	ts	Garlic powder
1	ts	Ginger
3/4	c	Salad oil
		Minced onion

Marinate steak in mixture of next seven ingredients a few hours or overnight in the refrigerator. Broil to desired doneness turning once.
