Title: Italian Beef Stir-Fry

1lbRound steak, cut in 1/8" - strips x 2 1/2" long
2 Cloves garlic, crushed
1tbOlive oil
2smZuchinni, sliced thin
1cCherry tomatoes, halved
1/4cReduced calorie, bottled, - italian salad dressing
2cHot, cooked pasta
1tbParmesan cheese

Cut beef steaks into 1/8 inch thick pieces. Cook and stir garlic in oil in large skillet over medium high heat for 1 minute. Add beef strips. Stir fry for 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Remove from skillet with slotted spoon and keep warm. Add zucchini to skillet and stir fry for 2 - 3 minutes or until tender crisp. Return beef to skillet and add dressing and tomatoes. Heat through and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Serve over hot pasta. makes 4 servings. Each serving = 316 calories, 32 g protein, 9 g fat, 25 g carbohydrates, 4.2 mg iron, 453 mg sodium, 78 mg chol. Percent of calories from fat = 25.6%
