2cSliced fresh mushrooms
1/2cFinely chopped green onions - including tops
1tbVegetable oil
3cCooked brown rice - cooked in beef broth

Cook mushrooms and onions in oil until tender. Add rice. Toss lightly. Heat thoroughly.
