Title: Sweet & Sour Cabbage

4 | Bacon strips, diced | |
5 | c | Shredded cabbage |
1 | md | Onion, chopped |
1/2 | c | Water |
1/3 | c | Vinegar |
2 | tb | Flour |
2 | tb | Brown sugar |
1/2 | ts | Salt |
1/8 | ts | Pepper |
In a large skillet, cook bacon until crisp. Remove bacon and set aside. Saute cabbage and onion in drippings until tender. Add remaining ingredients and stir until thickened. Stir in bacon.
