6 | Celery stalks, cut into | |

2 | md | Onions, peeled and quartered |
2 | Garlic cloves | |
1/2 | Lemon | |
Fresh shrimp heads, and/or | ||
Shells, lobster heads, and | ||
Or shells, fresh fish bones. | ||
Use ingredients singly or in | ||
Combination. |
Combine all ingredients in large sauce pan or stockpot and bring to rapid boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer slowly 2 to 8 hours depending on strength of flavor desired. Strain before using.
