Title: Moroccan Sweet Rice with Cinnamon

Yield: 6 Servings

1 1/3cUncooked regular rice
2 2/3cWater
1/2tsSalt
1/4cMargarine or butter
1/4cPowdered sugar
  Ground cinnamon

Combine rice, water and salt to boiling in 3-quart saucepan, stirring once or twice. Reduce heat. Cover and simmer 14 minutes. (Do not lift cover or stir.) Remove from heat. Fluff rice lightly with fork. Cover and let steam 5 to 10 minutes. Stir in margarine and powdered sugar. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Serve warm.
