8 | oz | Crap flakes or chunks |
1/3 | c | Mayonnaise |
1 | c | Sliced celery |
2 | tb | Finely chopped onion |
6 | Uncut round sandwich buns |
Shred the crab. Combine with mayonnaise, celery and onion. Cut top 1/3 off bun. Hollow out bun to form shell. Fill with 1/3 cup mixture. Replace top. 240 calories per serving
