5 | | Large red potatoes |
| | Salt and pepper, to taste |
2 1/2 | c | Whipping cream |
2 | tb | Butter |
1/2 | c | Parmesan cheese |
| | Paprika |
2 | | Cloves garlic, minced |
Peel and slice potatoes very thin. Layer in a small buttered casserole;
potatoes, cheese, salt and pepper. Simmer cream, butter and garlic until
reduced by half. Pour over potatoes, sprinkle with paprika. Bake in a 350
degree oven for 1 1/2 hours. Enjoy, Sheryl BTW M.M. said you may need to
