4 | Slices bread* | |
2 | tb | Parmesan cheese |
1/4 | ts | Oregano |
1/4 | ts | Celery salt |
1/4 | ts | Garlic salt |
2 | tb | Salad oil |
Slice bread (homemade) into 3/8 in. cubes and place in a bowl. Add seasonings and oil. Toss well to mix. Place on cookie sheet. Bake at 300 * until crisp. Cool. Store in a glass jar. From Tightwad Gazette, Ellen Marston.
