1 | qt | Mayonnaise (4 cups) |
1 | c | Buttermilk |
1 | c | Cottage cheese; sml curd |
1 | ts | Worcestershire sauce |
1 | ts | Garlic salt |
1 | ts | Salt |
4 | oz | Roquefort or Blue cheese; |
Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl except crumbled cheese. Mix with electric mixer. Stir in crumbled cheese with a fork. Refrigerate. Makes 1 1/2 quarts. Tightwad Gazette.
