Title: North Carolina Cornmeal Crisps

1 | c | Cornmeal |
1 1/4 | c | Boiling water |
2 | tb | Lard, melted |
1/2 | ts | Salt |
Combine all ingredients, mixing well. Spoon batter by T onto a lightly greased baking sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until edges are browned.
