Title: Skillet Cabbage

2 | tb | Butter or margarine |
4 | c | Shredded cabbage |
1 | Green pepper, cut into thin strips | |
2 | tb | Water |
1/2 | ts | Salt |
1/4 | ts | Pepper |
3 | oz | Pkg cream cheese, cubed and softened |
Melt butter in a large skillet. Add cabbage and green pepper and toss to coat. Stir in water, salt and pepper. Cover and simmer for 8 to 10 minutes or until cabbage is tender. Add cream cheese. Stir until melted.
