1 1/2 | c | Whipping cream |
1/3 | c | Dijon style mustard |
1 | lb | Diced Smoked Ham |
3 | c | Chopped broccoli, cooked |
1 | cn | Mushrooms, scliced,4 oz size |
1/4 | ts | White pepper |
6 | c | Hot cooked pasta noodles, ribbons, or vermicelli |
In an large skillet, combine cream and mustard. Bring to a boil. Reduce to
medium heat and cook for 8 to 10 minutes, until slightly thickened,
stirring occasionally. Add remaining ingredients except pasta. Heat
throughly. Serve over hot pasta., Serves 4-6.
