6 | c | Chicken broth |
1/4 | c | Diced onion |
1 | c | Diced potatoes |
1 | c | Chopped chicken |
1/4 | c | Corn-meal |
Salt and pepper |
Heat broth to boiling. Add vegetables. Cover. Simmer until vegetables are tender. Sift in corn-meal slowly, stirring constantly. Add chicken. Season to taste. Cover. Simmer 10 minutes. 10 servings.
