Title: Katie Stapleton's Colorado Cantaloupe Soup

1 | Ripe cantaloupe, peeled, seeded and cut into chunks | |
1/2 | c | Dry sherry |
2 | tb | Honey |
1 | tb | Fresh lime juice |
Put all ingredients into food processor or blender and mix well. Chill covered in refrigerator. Blend again before serving to mix together.
