Title: Nut Icing

Yield: 1 Cake icing
2 | tb | Vegetable oil |
1 | c | Water/soy milk |
1 | c | Pecans |
1 | c | Shredded coconut |
1 1/2 | c | White sugar |
Place all ingredients in a pot. Boil for 5 minutes. Pour over hot cake.
