Title: Fresh Mango Chutney

2cDiced mango (avoid fibrous parts)
1/4cChinese preserved black beans, rinsed
1/4cGreen onions, thinly sliced on the bias
1/4cDiced red onions
2tbGrated ginger
2 Red jalapeno peppers, sliced in thin circles
1smSweet red pepper, diced
1/2 CUP MIXED, CHOPPED FRESH
  Oregano
  Zest and juice of one lime
  Zest and juice of one orange
1/4cRice wine vinegar
1cLight olive oil
1tbToasted cumin seed

Mix together all ingredients; adjust seasoning with salt and citrus. Let sit for a few hours before serving.
