Title: Red Pepper Dip with Walnuts

Yield: 1 Batch

1smOnion, chopped
2lgGarlic cloves, sliced
1/4cOlive oil
12ozJar roasted red peppers, rinsed and drained
1/2cWalnuts, toasted and cooled
1/3cPacked fresh basil leaves, washed well and spun dry
1slSandwich bread, chopped
2tbFresh lime juice
  Toast points

In a skillet cook onion and garlic in oil over moderate heat, stirring until softened. In a food processor blend remaining ingredietns until nuts are chopped fine. With motor running, gradually add onion mixture and blend until incorporated. Season dip with salt. Serve with toast points.
