1/2 | c | Japanese soy sauce |
1/2 | c | Tomato catsup |
1/2 | c | Dry sherry |
3 | cl | Garlic; crushed |
1 | ts | Ground ginger |
1/2 | ts | Pepper; freshly ground |
Recipe by: National Cowboy Hall of Fame Chuck Wagon Cookbook 1. In a medium bowl, stir all ingredients until combined. Ccver and refrigerate until ready to use. (The sauce can be prepared up to 3 days ahead, covered, and refrigerated.) Note: This sauce shows the influence of Asian ranch cooks.
