Title: Justin's Barbecue Sauce

3 | c | Onion -- chopped |
1 | tb | Garlic -- chopped |
1 | c | Sweet pepper -- chopped |
1/2 | c | Parsley -- dried |
1 | c | Dry white wine |
3 | tb | Vinegar |
2 | c | Ketchup |
1/4 | c | Honey |
2 | tb | Lemon juice |
1 | tb | Salt |
3 | tb | Worcestershire sauce |
1/2 | ts | Mint -- dried |
1 | tb | Liquid barbecue smokeae |
1/2 | tb | Louisiana hot sauce |
Place all ingredients in a pot that is big enough to hold them. Bring to boil. Cook covered., on low heat for several hours.
