Title: Pit Barbecue Sauce

Yield: 2 Quarts
2 | c | Catsup |
1/2 | lb | Butter (or marg.) |
2 | c | Vinegar |
1 | tb | Tabasco sauce |
4 | oz | Worcestershire sauce |
1 | tb | Sugar, brown |
1 | tb | Onion juice |
1 1/2 | Garlic cloves; minced | |
2 | tb | Salt |
2 | tb | Pepper |
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Remove from heat, cool, and store in jars for use as needed to mop on beef, chicken, or pork on barbecue grill.
