Title: South Carolina Mustard Barbecue Sauce

2/3 | c | Yellow mustard |
1/2 | c | Sugar |
1 | c | Cider vinegar |
2 | tb | Chili powder |
1 | ts | Black pepper |
1 | ts | White pepper |
1/4 | ts | Cayenne pepper |
5 | ds | Tabasco, or to taste |
1/2 | ts | Soy sauce |
2 | tb | Butter |
Combine all ingredients except soy sauce and butter in a saucepan and simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in soy sauce and butter. Use as a basting sauce for barbecuing or as a condiment for grilled pork or chicken.
