Title: Rhubarb Ketchup

4 | c | Diced fresh or frozen rhubarb |
3 | md | Onions, chopped |
1 | c | White vinegar |
1 | c | Packed brown sugar |
1 | c | Sugar |
28 | oz | Can tomatoes with liquid, cut up |
2 | ts | Salt |
1 | ts | Ground cinnamon |
1 | tb | Pickling spice |
In a large saucepan, combine all ingredients. Cook or 1 hour or until thick. Refrigerate in a covered container.
