Title: Cheese Brioche, Abm

1 1/2 | ts | Active dry yeast |
1 3/4 | c | Bread flour |
1 1/2 | ts | Sugar |
1 | ts | Salt |
6 | tb | Butter, unsalted |
2 | lg | Eggs |
1/2 | c | Water |
1/3 | c | Swiss cheese, finely diced |
Add all ingredients except the Swiss chese in the order suggested by your abm manual and process on the basic bread cycle according to the manufacturer's directions.
At the beeper (or a few minutes before the end of the kneading cycle) add the Swiss cheese.
