Title: Surprise Date Muffins

1 1/2 | c | Graham cracker crumbs |
2 | ts | Baking powder |
2 | ts | Sugar |
pn | Salt | |
1 | Egg; well-beaten | |
2 | tb | Margarine; melted |
1/2 | c | Dates; chopped |
1/2 | c | Nuts; chopped |
1/2 | c | Milk; warm |
Combine first 4 ingredients; stir in egg and margarine, mixing well. Stir in dates and nuts. Add milk and stir just until moistened.
Spoon batter into greased muffin pans, filling 2/3 full. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes or until done.
