Title: West Bend Cracked Wheat Bread [Abm]

Yield: 1 1/2lb loaf

1cPlus 2 tbsp water [80 deg]
1 3/4cAll purpose flour
1cWhole wheat flour
1/2cCracked wheat cereal
2tbBrown sugar; packed
1 1/2tsSalt
1tbButter or marg
2tsActive dry yeast

Add water to the pan. Add flours, cereal, sugar and salt to the pan. Level dry ingredients. Place a piece of butter in each corner. Make a well and add yeast. Program for "whole wheat".
