Title: West Bend Cracked Wheat Bread [Abm]

Yield: 1 1/2lb loaf
1 | c | Plus 2 tbsp water [80 deg] |
1 3/4 | c | All purpose flour |
1 | c | Whole wheat flour |
1/2 | c | Cracked wheat cereal |
2 | tb | Brown sugar; packed |
1 1/2 | ts | Salt |
1 | tb | Butter or marg |
2 | ts | Active dry yeast |
Add water to the pan. Add flours, cereal, sugar and salt to the pan. Level dry ingredients. Place a piece of butter in each corner. Make a well and add yeast. Program for "whole wheat".
