1/4 | c | Grated Parmesan |
3 | tb | Chopped fresh rosemary |
2 | ts | Chopped fresh thyme |
1 | ts | Pepper |
1 | Sheet frozen puff pastry, | |

Preheat oven to 400F.
Unfold pastry and sprinkle with combined cheese, rosemary, thyme and pepper ;roll out to a 15 X 10" rectangle, pressing any cheese back into dough that may have stuck to the rolling pin. Cut crosswise into 1/2" wide strips. Twist to form a spiral and put on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8-10 minutes until golden brown. Cool on a wire rack.
