Title: Mango Bread

Yield: 1 Loaf

2cFlour
2tsBaking soda
2tsCinnamon
1 1/2tsSalt
3 Eggs, well beaten
1 1/2cSugar
3/4cOil
2cDiced mangoes
1/2cChopped nuts or raisins

Mix dry ingredients and form a well in center of bowl. Add eggs, sugar, oil, mangoes and nuts. Mix together well. Pour into pan and bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
