Title: Mango Bread

Yield: 1 Loaf
2 | c | Flour |
2 | ts | Baking soda |
2 | ts | Cinnamon |
1 1/2 | ts | Salt |
3 | Eggs, well beaten | |
1 1/2 | c | Sugar |
3/4 | c | Oil |
2 | c | Diced mangoes |
1/2 | c | Chopped nuts or raisins |
Mix dry ingredients and form a well in center of bowl. Add eggs, sugar, oil, mangoes and nuts. Mix together well. Pour into pan and bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
