Title: Sourdough Buttermilk Cheese Bread Abm

1 | pk | Active dry yeast |
3 | c | Bread flour |
1 | tb | Sugar |
1 | c | Sharp cheddar cheese, cubed |
1/2 | c | Blue cheese |
1 | ts | Cayenne pepper |
1 | c | Chopped green chiles |
1 | ts | Salt |
1/2 | c | Sourdough starter |
1/2 | c | Buttermilk |
1/4 | c | Warm water |
All ingredients should be at or above room temp before starting. Add in order listed. Select White Bread and press Start. Check for the proper amount of liquid after about 1 minute. Add liquid or flour as required at that time.
