Title: Sam's Pizza Abm

1 | c | Water; plus |
1/3 | c | Water; (only if needed) |
3 | tb | Olive Oil |
1 1/2 | ts | Salt |
3 | tb | Cornmeal |
1 | c | Whole-Wheat Flour |
2 | c | Flour |
1 | tb | Yeast |
1 | c | Pizza Sauce |
1 | c | Mozzarella Cheese; grated |
Place all dough ingredients in the machine and program for dough and first rise. At the end of final cycle remove the dough to a lightly oiled work space, cover it with a clean towel, and let rest 10 minutes. Preheat oven to 475øF. Roll the dough out to 14" circle on pan or pizza peel. Spread the sauce in a thin layer over the dough. Sprinkle on the cheese. Slide into oven and bake for 15 to 17 minutes.
