Title: Sourdough Batter Bread

Yield: 1 Loaf
2 | c | Whole wheat starter |
1 | tb | Raw honey |
1 | tb | Unrefined oil |
1 | ts | Sea salt |
2 | tb | Soy flour |
3 | To 4 cups whole wheat flour |
Feed the starter the night before. Stir all ingredients together except the flours. Mix dry ingredients and slowly beat into the batter. Beat for 5 minutes. Pour batter into a greased 9x5 inch loaf pan. Let rise until better is just over tim of pan. Bake 50 minutes at 350 degrees.
