Title: Banana Creme Crepes

1 | 8oz container cream caramel | |
Flavored yogurt | ||
1/2 | c | Whipped cream or frozen |
Non-dairy whipped topping, | ||
Thawed, plus additional for | ||
Garnish | ||
6 | Ready-made crepes | |
Maple or chocolate syrup |
Place 2 bananas in a food processor or blender, and blend until smooth. Add yogurt; blend. Stir in whipped topping.
Slice remaining bananas into coins. Set aside, 12 slices for topping. Place crepe on each serving plate: divide yogurt mixture over each crepe. Divide remaining banana slices and whipped cream or topping. Drizzle syrup over each crepe. Makes 6 servings.
