Title: Herbed Bread Stuffing

Yield: 10 Cups
1 | c | Butter or margarine |
2 | c | Celery; chopped |
1/3 | c | Onion; chopped |
2 | tb | Parsley flakes |
2 | ts | Poultry seasoning |
2 | ts | Sage; rubbed |
1 1/2 | tb | Seasoned salt substitute |
12 | c | Dry bread cubes |
1 | cn | Chicken broth; 13oz |
Melt butter in large skillet, saute celery and onion until onion in transparent. Stir in next four ingredients. Place bread cubes in large bowl; stir in onion and celery mixture. Add chicken broth; toss to combine. Stuff loosely into neck and breast cavities or turkey or chicken and roast or place stuffing in casserole. Bake in covered casserole in 325øF oven for 45 minutes.
