1/2	c	Margarine/butter
2	tb	Sugar, brown
1	tb	;salt
1	c	Flour, whole wheat bread
2	c	Flour, bread
1/2	c	Milk, nonfat dry
2	ts	Yeast
1	c	Almonds; chopped

Cracked wheat must sit in the liquid for at least one hour.

Add to ABm in order listed. Set machine to appropriate cycle and bake.
