1 | c | Potatoes; cooked, mashed |
1 | c | ;potato water |
3 | tb | Oil, vegetable |
1 | ts | ;salt |
1 1/3 | tb | Sugar |
2 | c | Flour, bread |
2 | c | Flour, whole wheat bread |
2 | ts | Yeast |
1/2 | c | Cheese, cheddar; grated |
Add first eight ingredients to ABM in order listed. Set machine to appropriate cycle. After first kneading cycle, add cheddar cheese. Complete cycle.
Note: If you prefer an all white bread, substitute bread flour for the whole wheat flour. Do not exceed, however, 2 or 3 cups of the bread flour depending on the capacity of your machine.
