3	c	Bread flour
1 1/2	ts	Salt
3	tb	Sugar
1 1/2	ts	Cinnamon
1 1/2	tb	Dry skim milk
4 1/2	ts	Shortening or sweet butter
1 1/2	c	Less 3 Tbls lukewarm water
1/2	c	Raisins

Place ingredients in pan in above order, omitting the raisins. Select WHITE BREAD setting. Push START. The electronic beeper will go off 10 times five minutes before the secondary kneading finishes; add the raisins before beeping stops.
