Title: Bandukes - Lithuanian (Baked Potato Dumplings)

5 | md | Size potatoes |
1 1/2 | c | Flour |
2 | ts | Salt |
1 | sm | Onion |
1/4 | lb | Margarine or butter |
1/2 | pt | Sweet cream |
Boil unpeeled potatoes until done. Cool, peel and mash. Add flour and salt. Roll into thick, rope-like strips on floured board. Cut diagonally into diamond shapes. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. While they bake, prepare sauce. Dice and fry onions in butter or margarine. When onions are tender, add cream. Pour over baked dumplings and serve.
