1 | Egg | |
2 | c | Dry farmer cheese or cottage cheese with the liquid pressed |
1 | ts | Salt |
1 | Onion small minced | |
1 | tb | Dill freshly chopped |
2 | tb | Butter |
Mash the cheese, add the beaten egg, & salt. Mix well then add the onion which you have sauteed in butter. Mix well and spoon onto each mandryky. Cover with buttered foil when baking in oven. ORIGIN: Ivana Tuchuk, Chernygol, Ukraine, circa 1996
