Title: Corn Bread (Wedman)

2cCornmeal
1/2tsSalt
1/2tsBaking Soda
2tsBaking Powder
1tbSugar -or- Honey
1 Egg
1tbVegetable Oil
1cButtermilk -or- Sour Milk (1 cup Lowfat Milk + 1 tablespoon

Combine the cornmeal, salt, baking soda and baking powder in a bowl. Mix well.

Pour into a lightly oiled 8-inch-square baking pan.

Bake in a 400-degree oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
